This is my first time using MyBuilder and I am pleased with the result. I was unsure about hiring We Fix Your House initially as they lack any feedback on this website, but after researching them online i was able to see their reviews from other sources which were impressive. Russ from We Fix was prompt in his responses to my queries. He drafted my bathroom in 3D design even before I accepted the quote, recommended the overall scheme, referred to suppliers (I was able to get trade discounts for tiles and some white goods). Workmanship was perfect with attention to detail, this team definitely takes pride in what they do. They also made sure communal areas are kept clean on daily basis (I have difficult neighbours). My bathroom now looks amazing, I have recommended them to to all my colleagues. I am also hoping to get my kitchen done with them later this year. I highly recommend this team. Thanks Russ!

Beka and his team showed up on time when i first contacted him. They removed the broken tiles and the wet wooden base under the tiles within two hours, they cleaned then they installed strong timbers before they placed the shower tray. They finished everything the next day before lunch time. They did excellant work..price was reasonable too. I strongly recommend them.

I gave him the opportunity as I was desperate to find someone fast,and didn’t have much success on here.Soon as he accepted,he was already asking for cash beforehand to get materials.I thought you know what,his company details are online,what can go wrong so I did.As his team started the job, they told me I needed to have 2 fences erected as they were badly damaged and deteriorating.I thought heck,why not,might aswell do it now so I gave him again, the opportunity to make some extra business with us.Again,was asked for some pre payment to get the materials,all in cash.All was finished within 2days of the weekend.Fence looked fine,but the roof just looked like a cowboy job.I didn’t complain,as it was done fast,with all the stress with opening a new business,it was one less headache out of the way.After 1 day of rain,the roof was already leaking,like absolutely everywhere.Called him, and he got someone to come by a few days after to fill in more silicone.(Very suspect job again).I thought fine, aslong he’s responding and trying to fix the situation.Fast forward few days later, bearing in mind the shop isn’t open and I’m not always there when it’s raining,it rained again and it was leaking in some areas again.Whatsapped him which is how we normally communicated,called him,read my messages but no reply. Now he has blocked me.Seriously, how he knows I’m opening a business soon this is how he wants to treat his customers. Simply give me back my money or fix the problem, simple!

David you are very respectful, reliable and trust worthy and although the lead in time was several weeks as we requested, you always replied to texts promptly and did not let us down when the start date arrived following our deliveries. Unfortunately once the old bathroom suite was removed , problems,which could not have been identified before, became apparent. This often happens unfortunately. This made it very difficult for you to then complete the job on time to the standard you would have preferred and everything became a bit rushed. The tiling is very good . To make it less stressful for yourself I would suggest that you always tell the customer that if you uncover problems you will need to charge them for additional time.most people are accepting of this.
