I hired Vasile to update my bath and fit a shower, as had none, and he did a fantastic job. Vasile works diligently and with honesty which is a rarity sometime in trade. He listened to my wishes, came up with ideas and never complained as I added more requests and made changes as we went on. Vasile’s work is precise and for someone who suffers from OCD, that was a great bonus. My bath/shower room looks fabulous and my friends are demanding Vasile’s number after seeing it. I have Vasile’s number saved for life, and will hire him from now on anytime I need something done in my house. Added bonus, Vasile is very reasonable with his pricing.

Once we agreed on a start date, Tom was incredibly prompt and reliable every single day he was on the job. We had really good communication throughout the project; he's super friendly, and always ready to offer great advice and options that helped us make the best choices for our budget and plans. Tom also kept the work area incredibly tidy, which we really appreciated. A true professional! We had a few minor adjustments needed after the main work was done, and Tom was fully aware of these. True to his word, he proactively contacted us the following week to arrange a time to pop over and sort them out, and fair enough, he did! We will highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for bathroom work. He's reliable, skilled, and genuinely cares about the outcome.

I question the reliability of these reviews, as the contractor does not appear to have sufficient skills and seems to only work properly under supervision. He agreed to build a WC and install laminate flooring, and also agreed to supply all first fix materials. However, he later tried to charge me for first fix items, which I did not agree to. He has repeatedly purchased tools and materials without agreement and attempted to pass the costs on to me. The workmanship is very poor - tiles are uneven and grout is already coming off. The electrical sockets and radiators are also no longer working. Overall, the job is in a very poor state and will need to be redone. I also seriously question his work status in this country and whether he is legally permitted to carry out this type of work. It’s such a rubbish work! It cost me double the money I paid to get everything sorted! I removed them from the work. Will share all the evidence
