Our 3 bedroom, Grade 2 listed house is nearly 200 years old and hadn't been renovated since the early 1990's. A complete redecoration and remodel was needed. Their work was done to completion and not too over-time, despite numerous snags and many logistical difficulties. The commitment and patience of all involved was admirable, never once becoming dis-heartened, and always pushing us to make sure materials were on order and if we were happy with the work as it progressed. They have the skills and the ability to improvise as they go. The pricing was fair and actually cheap by London standards. The "finish" was the stage where we all had to come to an agreement over where to stop, and this is usually the most contentious stage in a project. This was surprisingly stress-free. The main snag was with floorboard sanding preparation. If floors aren't 100% prepped, the result can look patchy to the trained eye. They made sure that the end result was acceptable to us when we questioned the finish by doing the entire sand and re-staining over again. That shows great care and attention to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have extensive remodeling done to thier property. They are capable of dealing with sensitive historical properties and adhering to a budget whilst correcting errors that appear along the way. A perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness.

I hired Nguyen to tile the bathroom and put pvc ceiling. He did a great job overall on both. Towards the end of the job I asked if he could fit a sink and do vinyl flooring on the bathroom and toilet. Unfortunately the flooring was not done properly. He also quoted the tiling would be done in a week max but it did take longer now that's not a huge issue because he did a great job on the tiling so it was worth the wait. He fitted the sink really well. The flooring was just a let down. But I would recommend Nguyen for the tiling, he was also polite and friendly and quoted a good price. Also there was a part of the tiling I preferred in a different way and Nguyen was happy to fix it so that was nice. Overall good experience.

Matt and his Dad, Ray, did a great job for us. They completely refurbished my daughters bathroom in under 10 working days, including all plumbing, electrics, tiling and decor. Their price was very competitive and they produced good quality work. Matt was very helpful with the estimating and they completed the work to schedule and in a very tidy and clean fashion. We provided all the bathroom equipment and they fitted it. They were very helpful throughout and were very helpful in accommodating changes. The tiny snagging works required were finished within days of overall completion. I would trust Matt and Ray explicitly and would recommend them to any other potential client.

Mustafa did an excellent job on our full house project, including painting, decorating, electrical work, and flooring. He is highly professional, always arrived on time, and even worked weekends to ensure everything stayed on track. Impressively, he completed the work a day earlier than scheduled. Before leaving, he made sure the entire house was clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. He was also very helpful when it came to purchasing materials, offering practical advice throughout the process. Mihaly of Prismabathrooms was fantastic. He wanted to come at 8am everyday but we asked him to start a bit later which he did and was always on time. Before starting any job he asked us how we wanted things to be done and would suggest things if we were not too sure. Also he was happy to change things if we were not happy with something. Every evening he cleared away and cleaned up. When he had finished the job he took away all the old stuff like the bath,etc. The finished bathroom looks great and we are very happy with the result and will definitely use Prismabathrooms again.
