I hired Joseph and Tomas of Exquisite Bathrooms to renovate our w/c. They did a fantastic job and I am so pleased with the result! The room is decorated to a very high standard and the tiling is perfect. They gutted the room, levelled our flooring, fitted new plumbing etc and were full of helpful ideas. They were very patient and went that extra mile to please us and create what we really wanted. They are two people who really take pride in their work and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I can’t recommend him highly enough, in just three days, he identified and resolved my bathroom leak that could easily have become a much bigger issue. He took the time to thoroughly investigate where the water was coming from, clearly explained his findings and advised on the most sensible next steps before carrying out the work. From start to finish, his work ethic was exceptional. He arrived promptly at 8am every day and worked through until 6:00pm without a single complaint, no matter how demanding or time-consuming the job became. His efficiency was impressive but what stood out even more was the quality of the finish - the bathroom now looks brand new again. Professional, hardworking and meticulous in his standards, he delivered outstanding results in a very short timeframe. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone needing reliable, high-quality building work

Mark filled me with confidence from the first time I spoke to him on the phone. This continued with his quote which was reasonable and throughout the job. I could not get to Birmingham whilst he was doing the job or since replacing a shower tray, cubicle and the tiling. He gave me regular feedback, completed the job swiftly and sent me pictures afterwards. I also had an old washing machine break down whilst he was replacing the shower cubicle. He was able to source a replacement and install it for me at a reasonable price saving me the hassle of going to Birmingham to sort this out. He liased very effectively with the tenants to get access whilst doing the job. I would thoroughly recommend him.

It started off with a poorly quoted job. The actual quote was far below his original estimate. Clearly there to win the job. Overally the work was adequate. If I was renting out to students as an investment property then I wouldnt have minded. But the quality of the workmanship and of the subcontractors has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth for a house that I will be living in. The finishing was very poor and makes everything else look bad. A few examples. The floor tiles in the kitchen are not level and as a result the kitchen units are not flush with the wall in areas. The new partition wall between the kitchen and dining room is not parallell with the walls. The plastering is not cosistent and bulges in parts. The grouting in the bathroom si not clean, a large hole below in the floor near the sink pipes have been left open. The electrical outlets are all in different heights and too low. My timber floorboard has big cracks and holes in it. New radiator fitted with a broken thermostat. There is a whole list of issues that have meant that I will be fixing his mistakes for years. I would not recommend Michael or any of his subcontractors.

When i was looking to change the boiler i took quotes from 5 companies. He explained to me all the work needed in his quote and work as per our availability. i was absolutely comfortable and can understand his very reasonable charges. He is a great professional, expert gas boiler installer, have a great team, keeps you informed of the work. he is very co-operative and helpful. In our case, the pipe work was more then he expected in the beginning but he never even told me of the additional work. His whole team is always smiling, on time, takes never stressed. They left the place absolutely tidy ( even better then before). I am so impressed that I already have recommended him to my friends. cannot praise him enough for his job. I am going to call him for my whole house underfloor heating job later. i am so happy with his job that i cant stop from writing such a detailed feedback ( generally i dont do it) as i sinecerely want to spread the word about his good work.
