Do not employ this company. Overcharged for two hours work, forgot where we lived, failed to send promised details, samples and brochures. No invoices or Vat component only poorly written emails. We made a big mistake and have given up waiting for a partial refund.

Shane is a competent plumber but the contractors he outsourced the painting of our bathroom to were an absolute nightmare. Paint bubbled and peeled barely a year after the job. The subsequent painters we got in said they’d painted straight onto plaster without a primer. Other products they’ve used caused deposits of salt to form on the wall after reacting to newer layers of plaster. In short, because of those guys we’ve had to shell out £1400 to have the original work stripped, re-plastered and re-painted. That’s not to mention the bathroom being under works for close to three weeks. Shane no longer uses those cowboys but I wouldn’t be confident in his other contractors. For example, the electrician who fitted the lights never properly replaced our attic flooring. Avoid.
