Lukasz and Tom worked very hard to transform a small room into a very swish en suite, with modern tower shower panel, and back to the wall toilet and wash had basin, tiled floor and walls. I took a risk that they could reposition a door, box all pipes in nicely, and complete some fiddly electrical works. But I shouldn't have worried! In short Lukasz and Tom are friendly, trustworthy, hard working and good value for money.

Alby was a pleasure from start to finish! We managed to time it so he could do the whole job while we were away, we just left him with the keys and he took care of everything! We arrived home the day he finished and it was on time and on budget and we are SO happy with the result - finished to a really high standard. He kept us updated with progress and gave us options to choose between for some of the fixtures and we're just so glad we went with Alby even though we met other suppliers with more ratings on My Builder! Would highly recommend :)

Radovan responded promptly to all messages and attended the property to give a preliminary quote at a time that was convenient to me. There was one builder permanently ‘allocated’ to my job; he attended (punctually!) every day until the job was complete meaning that, unlike with some other builders, there were no unnecessary delays caused by attendance elsewhere. There was also a ‘project manager’ and two specialists (plumber and carpenter). All demonstrated the necessary professional skills and knowledge of UK regulations. During the course of the job they kept the premises as clean as was possible, tidying up after themselves each evening. There were good lines of communication; I was kept updated and any issues that arose were resolved promptly and satisfactorily. I took a bit of a chance, as PerfectMade did not have any reviews on the ‘MyBuilder’ website. I was not disappointed. The work was completed to an extremely high standard; I am very pleased with the finish. I intend to use them for cleaning services and would happily engage their services again for future handyman/building works. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I highly recommend Charles Bell. He is superb at everything he touches: tiling, plumbing, fitting and decorating and a delight to have in the house. He had the extremely arduous of job of dismantling a shower room up a spiral staircase at the top of the house, carrying heavy loads up and down 70 stairs and he still managed to complete the job ahead of schedule. His workmanship on the new shower room is immaculate and his attention to detail is precise. His fees are very reasonable and he came in on budget. I am very pleased with his work and could not fault him in any way.

Output, finishing was all top notch. But what sets Sotiri and the rest of the team apart is their work ethic. Always went the extra mile working long hours to wait for deliveries that never came (Wickes at fault!), dealing with all the problems that came up from issues with Wickes, and coming up with clever solutions to minimise additional cost! All in all would highly recommend him. Definitely find my go to guy for all jobs now!
