I hired DS Developments to completely landscape my small front garden. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted. He and his team also were as tidy and considerate as possible and I highly recommend their services.

Fast and friendly service. After shortlisting, Barry came around the same day to look at the job and helped me source all the materials needed, including a lovely replacement vanity unit, medicine cabinet, mixer tap and shower head. Barry completed the work the following day, sending regular progress updates, with photographs, so I could see how things were coming along. He even completed the gas safety certificate, which wasn't part of the original job, but Barry was happy to oblige when asked. The job was done very efficiently and to a high standard. I would recommend Barry and would use him again.

Fernando from Alva Solutions is an amazing talented designer & skilled craftsman. He asked questions and listened to the needs of my family at our very first meeting making wonderful recommendations I would not have thought or known about and then created the bathroom space of my dreams. He is professional, extremely hardworking, honest, polite & thoughtful. An exceptional eye for detail and design. He carefully explained all aspects of the project before and during job. At the end of each day the site and surrounding areas were left safe clean & tidy. Fernando and his team showed huge patience with my two noisy nosey puppies and the very small working and storage space they had available to them and the ‘challenges’ my property threw up from previous works carried out by other contractors in the past. I would totally recommend Alva Solutions and will be using them again myself in the near future!
