Sham and the team did a good job of cutting through a stainless steel sink for some bespoke work. At one point thought it was not going to be possible to complete the job but Sham delivered with a plan B. Took a risk proceeding with the job as there were no reviews on mybuilder but sometimes risks are worth taking. Hope this first review helps others and Sham and the team. Also hoping to now get Sham to quote for a larger bathroom/wet room refit project.

We hired Bawa to install new fencing, and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. You can immediately tell he’s an all-rounder who understands construction very well. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Bawa has a great attitude, is very hard-working, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Can build a new or second bathroom/toilet anywhere in the building, including flat.Sort out low flow or pressure problems, additional radiators or towell rails, regular bath tub or shower cabins. All done in really good quality, and unrealistic turnaround times. Underfloor heating and alternative energy sources,like pellet boiler or log burner is not something im not familiar with. Im really friendly and communicable, have experience of long years working with people, all types and nations of people, and its the only way to work in someone's home, is to respect them and be honest.

Ray was an absolute professional. He fitted a new downstairs toilet which required a new soil pipe and associated groundwork as well as new stud walling to partition the space. He did most of the work himself, but brought in others for the pieces where he wanted an expert. He was flexible to small changes and was happy to take on additional work when unforeseen issues were discovered. The areas he had worked in were quickly cleaned before he left each day. Overall the work was completed to a good quality and at a reasonable price.
