Great experience from start to finish - I contacted several people and nick was far and above the most professional efficient and responsive. And a realistic price. As a landlord He kept me up to date and sent photos at the end of each day and did a fantastic job. A few unexpected things were sorted straight away with no hesitation. Kaz, the job says replace flush system for toilet cistern. The system only costs £16.99 at Screwfix. You charged £90 that was paid to your account to do this but instead of replacing the whole system you trimmed the old outlet part with a saw. This is an old part that we already had 10 years out of it. Now I have an irate tenant sending me videos and photos as it is leaking water into the bowl none stop. You argued that it is over a year. But it is obvious short cutting for a job you already have been paid well to do and should have done and fully replaced as described in the ad. I sent you video and photos of the part you trimmed for a temporary fix. You can clearly see the saw cut edges at the top. You are a plumber and know the two parts don't match. I do understand it would have taken you may be an extra 15 minutes to replace it but that is the job that was advertised and that you have been paid for. No landlord wants to watch someone fix something they are paying them to do.

A perfectionist in his work , he would re visit aspects that he felt did not look right without being asked eg he re tiled an area that he felt was not perfect. Altogether Giancarlo has transformed my shabby bathroom into a beautiful and stylish space. Giancarlo’s fees are fairly priced and he went over and above to carry out some work without charge. Giancarlo completed the work in very good time, he turned up every day , and worked long hours to complete his work. A friendly and honest person.

William and his team replaced our bathroom recently and we’re delighted with the result. George, Gitza and Mircea were great, not intrusive at all and always happy to discuss what they were doing and consider potential changes. They didn’t leave a mess and were careful to protect the rest of the flat while they worked. William is always available on the phone, never took decisions without consulting us first and paid regular visits to make sure work was progressing as expected. They went above and beyond what was expected of them, helping fix an issue with the boiler and replacing some wiring in the kitchen along the way, and were able to come out the same day and fix the problem when we found a small leak in the shower after the job was finished. Would definitely recommend these guys, and will be using them for any work we have done in future.
