Mu and his team were great. Mu came round for an initial quote where he was professional and a decent cost vs other options. He and his team were really helpful with picking out items that would work in my bathroom and kitchen, organised deliveries whilst I was working and installed perfectly! They proactively thought about all the little details to make my new bathroom look lovely and went above and beyond to get everything done; it was efficient and really well done. Tommy was a wonderful perfectionist and has done beautiful work in our stairway and hallway which had needed refurbishment for a very long time. It feels brand new. The flooring is perfect both in the hall and staircase, and the walls are now perfectly smooth and painted immaculately. I have just had my bathroom completely refitted. Nass did a fantastic job and the finish is outstanding. We had a few hiccups with bathroom deliveries delayed and a couple of changes due to me ordering the wrong shower that needed an external water pipe and 10mm electric cable not the usual 6mm but Nass took all of this in his stride. He worked long hours and explained each step to me to enable me to make informed decisions. The finish is perfection and I just love it!! Nass is a great bloke which made it easier (especially for a woman) to have a stranger in your home. I felt comfortable and trusted him with my home. I will definitely be using Nass again for my next DIY project. Great job!!!
