We hired Chris to refurbish our bathroom. We are very happy with the work. Chris came when he said he would and worked until late to complete the job. He also involved us in all aspects of the job i.e. which way the tiles should be laid and gave us suggestions on how things could be made differently to save money and time. We would definitely hire Chris again for future projects.

Incompetent and vacuous. Didn’t read the plans or sizes at the start, which meant many crappy adjustments were made throughout, ie sink on the wrong side, oven protruding out etc. Anything that seemed hard was an ‘extra’ cost. Damaged most items that were installed and then refused to change them as it was too much effort. Quality of workmanship was very low, and finishes were terrible, when requested to amend he flatly refused. He seemed very inexperienced and possibly had never fitted a kitchen or bathroom before. Once he had received 90% of the contract money he started refusing to do things and not turning up, eventually leaving the job unfinished. He totally ignored requests to finish the job and kept our keys!! He is supposed to be a qualified gas engineer - however managed to break our boiler and then refused to fix it as he didn’t know how. I mean it’s just lunacy! We have since had another quote to complete the work and fix all the damage he caused which is the same price as what we have already paid. The new builder noted the work used primitive methods and was substandard. I would not recommend Nikolay at all. Total nightmare to deal with and unbearably unprofessional. I can only assume the other positive reviews on here are from his friends!!

Younger brother Anti was a professional and I would hire again but beware of the elder sibling as his workmanship his poor, here is a list:- 1) the cupboard fitted under the stairs was misaligned and the hinges are loose. Paint job was poorly finished too. 2) cupboard fitted across the boiler was all bent. Anti came and fixed it. 3) varnish across door and skirting boards were done once and therefore have an uneven spread 4) the floorboards did not have enough glue placed in certain areas so it creaks 5) grout in some time are missing 6) really poor sealant work on the bathroom 7) broke my £2000 TV and then hid the evidence. I only found out after placing the furniture back in its place. In contrast Anti did a good job in fitting the radiator. If you can Illicit promises of Anti only completing the job without the older the brother then go for it or else give them a wide berth.

Rafal did a great job renovating our bathroom. He removed the bath, replaced that with shower cubicle, replaced the sink with a sink unit with drawers, put up cabinet and retiled walls and floor. I have refurbished the bathroom first which Livio team undertook all of the works including electricity; plumbing, tiling and general make good. When works were finished in the bathroom I also asked them to do some works in my loft room. All the works were caried out to a very high standard.
