The plumber didn't do the work as I made a comment about the plastic pipe he wanted to install while I preffered coper. He had unpleasent attitude. Got upset and suggested I do the plumbing work myself. Took his tools and left me without work done. I hired another plumber who did the job swiftly and professionally. To my surprise Josef McLeon sent me an invoice for work that never took place. I do not recomend this plumber if you want job done and peace of mind.

Hired Mr. Mouellef to service my boiler. He recommended that the boiler be turned off and sealed for Carbon Monixide. I told him that I didn’t want to turn it off and I would place an order within 24 hours for a new boiler. He called the authorities to come to my home and turn it off. I called Pimlico and they came the next day to check the boiler. They disagreed with the findings of the engineer after checking for Carbon Monoxide and disagreed with the report. Pimlico turned my boiler back on.

I am very sad to have to come back on here and change my previously good review. Sebastian is a good man but he did an awful job with my bathroom. The job was meant to be done in 4 days and instead, 6 weeks in I am having to call in other tradesmen to correct his mistakes. Despite coming around several times and eventually asking me to buy a new basin tap as the first one kept leaking, I had to call a plumber to fix the issue and when I asked Sebastian to reimburse me (I had already paid him in full) he just started ignoring my messages. No two tiles are straight in my shower and the shower screen is not fitted properly so no amount of silicone can prevent it from leaking. Another think that I have to pay someone else to fix. Even the painting I had to redo myself as it was patchy... I am beyond disappointed. Very expensive mistake.

William was a pleasure to work with. He completed the whole job and bathroom, including cement floor tiles, porcelain wall tiles, fitted the bathroom suites, built and sprayed a custom unit with draws, and even replaced the light fittings. He was always professional, has excellent craftsmanship, very clean and tidy, and went above and beyond to make sure he did the best job possible. He is also very reasonably priced, yet never cut any corners, and made sure the job was done properly. He was always polite and considerate, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself everyday. I hired Tyrone to fix some small problems in my bathroom and generally tidy it up. When he arrived to do the job he realised straight away that a large unseen leak over a number of years had caused the floorboards to rot and the job became very big! Tyrone was amazing and explained everything to me, he started straight away and the work took 8 days. He sourced all the materials needed and respected my home and fitted around my flat mate and I's plans. The work does was thorough and Tyrone went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished to high spec. I would really recommend Tyrone to anyone and will definitely be using him again in the future. In fact I have already booked him for another matter.
