Kept everything neat and tidy throughout as well. The bathroom refurb is absolutely amazing. Would recommend him to anybody. The full bathroom renovation then began a few weeks later, with a full rip out of the old bathroom, all the way through to tiling and fitting the new bathroom. The entire process was smooth and the end result is simply amazing. Richard himself is a friendly guy with a great sense of humour - which certainly makes having no bathroom that little bit more enjoyable than it should be! 10/10 job - we’d recommend him to anyone.

- Get in touchI had a new shower fitted in my bathroom in the place of the old one and the gas boiler serviced. I am very pleased with the both jobs. Tom was professional and efficient. I enjoy using my new shower now. Dean was very polite and friendly when talking to me on the phone. He also replied to my messages promptly. Get in touchWe used Tim to refurb an En-Suite and to install a complete family bathroom. The en-suite was good with the exception of some tiles not being straight but overall it looked good. We did have to ask for the extract vent to be installed completely as only half of it had been done. Next up was the main bathroom which had plenty of problems. Once all the pipework was installed it was a case of skimming the walls and decorating. Spot lights were also fitted with no hassle. The tiling was next up and then finally the installation of the sanitary ware. Initially, we were pleased with the bathroom it then the shower leaked into the room so we called Tim back and it took several attempts to rectify, but in the end it still leaked (imagine a flood into the bathroom). We ended up getting a shower tray which took a long time to arrive but once it did we asked Tim back to install so we could have a fully working shower. It took 2 attempts as it wasn’t straight the first time despite having a gradient in situ to the tray but eventually it worked. However, the overall finish was poor. The sealant was messy and even when he came back three times we ended up doing it ourself. We had to have 3 non return valves installed as every time the toilet was flushed, water came into the bath, sink and both showers (en-suite). We got a lot of the snagging done ourselves as Tim didn’t do them. And now we have a leak that he isn’t coming back to do. Obviously has no guarantee of his work.
