An all-round WOW from me. I can't recommend Chris enough, he is the man for your job! We arranged a mutual time for Chris to come and look at the job, he arrived exactly when he said he would be there. We discussed the two options for the job, one being a move of a toilet the other being a full bathroom refit. I agreed to send Chris a list of the jobs for the full refit and Chris would then price up and get back to me. After sending all the details over, Chris confirmed when we would be able to get a quote to me by, and the quote arrived the next day, earlier than expected! A fully itemized list of jobs and a price next to each and then a separate list of the materials and estimated costs of those next to each one. We then agreed a start date for a full bathroom refit. The day before Chris was due to start he sent me a text to remind me that he was starting work the next day, that was a refreshing change from me making sure contractors are going to turn up! Chris worked nonstop every day, and worked as late as he needed to (asking me if it was ok to work late). He is very polite and friendly, and was able to offer guidance and ideas on tasks. At the end of every day he tidied up and kept the place clean all the time. When he says he can cover all jobs he truly means it, every job he do, and has the right tools to complete everyone to a very high standard. I am very impressed with Chris and the new bathroom I have. Thanks!

All I can say is Matt and his colleague are not from this planet they are pure genius when it comes to contraction work the way they sorted my floorboards, gutters out and hopper which I sent out two other cow boy builders who ripped me off but Matt gave me an honest price and done the job properly all I can is I will be calling Matt again if I need any work done to my house. Tony came to my property and looked at my bathroom/shower room explained how he was going to do the work so I hired him straight away we had some issues once the work started wall fell down due to water getting under shower tray/wall ceiling fell down due to leak from boiler but we overcame this issue with a solution Tony is an extremely hard worker puts in the hours and dose not stop working till he is satisfied he is extremely passionate about his work I would employ Tony again and would recommend him to anyone who needs work doing

I wasn't impressed. I had to fix the sink after far too much plumber putty was put in meaning water wouldn't drain but puddle in the sink. Then the sink was leaking from the waste pipe as it hadn't been tightened at all and again a stupid amount of putty everywhere. The tap is loose and not tightened. One door has holes drilled into it which don't line up with the handle, which he didn't tell me he had done or asked if i wanted (which i had decided i didn't want the handles on) Then the toilet that he fitted for me too was put on top of the flooring instead of the tile being cut, which i think he was going to do as i have drawings on the floor. Again the seat wasn't put on properly either so when my daughter went to use it first she fell off. It too was leaking and when i messaged about it and sent the requested photo and video i didn't get a response, he saw them and ignored me. Took my partner chasing him to get him to come fix it. This has caused ceiling damage in my kitchen below where it has leaked between the floor boards and caused bubbling in the ceiling paint. So i'm left with more work that i now have to sort out. Sorry, it pains me to be so negative, your a lovely guy but i can't recommend you or leave positive feedback. I'm lucky to have family who can rectify the damage but other people who you do work for may not be as lucky.
