This included both single storey and two storey extensions, new roofs, new bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms, drains, re-wiring, plumbing, groundworks and landscaping. Mark arrived on time and stayed there until the job was completed which was done in the timescale quoted. Very skilled in all aspects of renovation as you would expect of a time served tradesmen. He ended up doing a lot more work than originally posted this included- replace rotten floor joists and floor boards, lay laminate flooring, fit new skirting, trim and hang new doors, plaster extra rooms and areas where the plaster had blown. Mark was happy to do these extras and at a very reasonable cost. I was kept in regular contact and received pictures of progress throughout the job, as I wasn't at the property I had no worries in giving him a set of keys and he kept an eye on the other tradesmen working there also. Extremely happy with the work done at my property renovation and I will definitely be using on my next project....will also be recommending to family and friends!

👀 Look no further 👀- you’ve found your tradesman! We hired Mark to tile our recently fitted bathroom suite. Have to say we’ve found him to be the most honest, reliable hardworking tradesperson we have ever used. And very reasonably priced too :) Corrected a number of problems left behind by previous tradespeople And actually ended up fitting the shower and screen too! - I only wish we had found him before we started and had him do the lot! Workmanship and manner exceptional and will definitely recommend to friends & family in the future 👍
