Mixed feelings about Jamie. Although the main tiling was laid to a good standard, his timekeeping, reliability and follow-up were poor. He told us there weren't adequate tiles to complete our job. This clearly wasn't the case as we found plenty of surplus tiles at the end. The most disappointing part was that he missed several things - grouting, gaps etc. He promised to return a week later but then dropped out at the last moment causing knock on issues for other tradesman

I am really pleased with my new bathroom. I needed a partial refurb and new flooring due to a previous leaking shower. Landi did a great job fitting new taps, shower and sink in my bathroom. He was also able to advice me on the best sink and radiators and helped me to choose the right fittings when I was ordering. I didn't like the colour of the sealant and he redid it in another colour with no issues. He was efficient, friendly and completed the job in good time. Communication was always swift and I would be happy to recommend him to others and use him again for other jobs. Thanks Landi for great service.

They were great. My new kitchen is fantastic. We chatted before the work started, what was going to happen when, when we needed to get things delivered (kitchen, flooring, taps, lights, fridge, paint etc etc). They kept to the timetable and delivered the project perfectly. They kept me informed when they faced issues (hidden lead pipes that needed tackling, dodgy electrics etc), we worked through the issues as they arose. They even came in and worked a Saturday to catch up time after the plaster took longer to dry because of the cold weather. They were friendly, smiley and they kept an eye out for my inquisitive cats who wanted to help out. They built a temporary barrier to keep the dust at bay and tidied up every night so living amongst the chaos was doable. I have another couple of smaller jobs needing doing and I will be calling them back in. They were skilled at their work and were reasonably priced too. They are now replacing next door's kitchen after I recommemded them.

I am so glad I went with JM Building service as Joe and Martin completely transformed both rooms. They rectified the previous fitters errors and completed the rooms. Joe didn’t just rush through the job to get it done quickly—he took his time, ensuring every detail was finished to a high standard. He worked meticulously, making adjustments until everything looked exactly as it should, rather than settling for ‘good enough.’ His dedication to quality and precision was evident throughout, and the end result speaks for itself.
