After being let down by someone we had booked previously we resorted to mybuilder to find someone to tile our bathroom at short notice. We came across Tom, and asked for a quote. Tom came out, gave us a price and we arranged to go ahead. I was apprehensive due to the scathing review left by a previous customer. However, there are 2 sides to a story! Tom's work is brilliant, I am over the moon with the finished product. But that is only half the story. He is a lovely guy, turns up on time, works professionally, has a great friendly attitude and considering how little notice we gave him to start, could not have been more helpful. He always left his work space clean and tidy at the end of each day and nothing was too much trouble. He gave us advice on trim, grout, layout etc and I'm so impressed with the finish, it looks fab. We are currently renovating a flat and all the tradesmen have commented on how good the tiling is. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom, you will not be disappointed. I have booked Tom to tile our kitchen and hall way, as we are so happy with the work.

Plumbtec did the job.....super quality workmanship for new shower unit and tiled floor and wall. A problem appeared some weeks later. Leaks from the front glass unit asssociated with the front door side panel. Dave visited and examined. The fault is with the new glass unit. Manufacturer is to be contacted to see what should be done so as to not break the guarantee.

I’m 30 years in the trade & can do all types of plumbing from tap washers to bathroom referbs, I also have other trades that do work I can’t do , ie electrical or joinery work I’ve completed a job in October which he wasn’t happy about because he supplied the wrong toilet & I wouldn’t change it for free ! So he has trapped me with his family member. I didn’t know they were related , was adamant I did the work , so I went ahead I’ve left a lovely job but between them they’ve sabotaged the job & both left bad feedback within days of each other , coincidence! No , I’ve been stung massively but hopefully people see the truth ! Yes I agree nobody is perfect all the time but I’ve done nothing wrong on either of these jobs
