Conor Butler plumber did a lovely job on ripping out the old back boiler ,pipe, water tank, , loo ect which did not work at all and i had no not water or heating before Connor spent 4 days ,fixing and replacing all 5 broken pipe to mains. and he put a new gas boiler, a really powerful shower, heating, new loo ect. it is fab now, Conor and his team were very helpful to do the work within my affordability as i had to change to a more cheap way to get heating and hot water as the prices went up for goods, so he looked for a more cheap way to help and it was affordable to me, Conor and his team w was friendly and they left it tidy at the end of the day, and they did not tread on my plants, over all i was very, very happy with they work and communication before the job started. And it was a good fair price that he quoed for the job,

We engaged David to make us a new bathroom, which was a complicated job given the age of the building and irregularities of the walls and floors. The end result is brilliant. He went on to do various building works for us ,the most significant one being rendering of a chimney. His team covered everything from carpentry through to tiling. David and his team were reliable and always pleasant to have around. I would recommend him highly. He is the best builder we have had in 40 years.

Excellent work from Mike and his team. They kept me informed throughout with regular progress updates and pictures, which I really appreciated. They pay close attention to detail and do the job right rather than cutting corners. As a landlord, I was able to stay completely hands-off and let them get on with it. No chasing for updates or wondering if they'd show up – they were reliable and professional throughout. They started early each day, put in a full day's work, and left everything neat and clean. Would recommend and use them again in future.

Bought a new kitchen tap from Screwfix. Silverline were punctual and fitted the new tap. However after Siverline left the tap started leaking from the spout. It was clearly a faulty tap. The situation was made worse by Screwfix who, whilst agreeing to change the tap, nonetheless refused to compensate me for having to call Siverline back. I called Silverline to arrange for them to return to take the faulty tap out so I could return it to Screwfix to get a replacement. However Silverline refused to engage with the job. Very disappointed.

I was so impressed that I also added loads of extra jobs as we went along and they are priced competitively. We had a goal of being ready for the end of March and the finished the job mid Feb.... We had a burst pipe in the loft mohammed came assessed the damage to the bedroom ceiling and dealt with the insurance people mohammed and his work crew repaired the burst pipe ,got rid of the soaking loft insulation put new plasterboard ceiling in the bedroom and plastered and painted it they were on time efficient and did an excellent job they actually went above and beyond as my step daughter is autistic very very pleased with they work done and the people who did the work
