They were professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled—nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail was second to none. One of the highlights of the project was the walk-in shower they installed, It’s beautifully tiled, and gives the bathroom a sleek, modern feel. They kept the workspace clean, communicated clearly throughout. Zsolt clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. Corner shower was fixed as requested, workarounds were made when required. Helen was very specific and straight to the point with recommendations, options and price. As it was mosaic tiles some of them are not completely flat/straight. Any missed points were rectified on the second or third attempt.

We hired Nick initially for what I thought was a small bathroom job which turned out to be a bigger problem. Nick was very helpful in explaining our options and professional to the end. Excellent at communicating with us all the time, returning calls, texts and emails promptly. Regrettably we did not proceed with booking Nick for the job as we ended up going through a friend of our neighbour but I have no doubt that if we had booked Nick he would have carried out the work with a high degree of expertise and professionalism. Nick came across to me as someone to be trusted with a lot of experience and who does not cut corners with his work. I would highly recommend him.

I had a terrible bathroom renovation, where it was necessary for a large part of the work had to be redone. Greg removed the tiled floor, sink, toilet and shower tray. He found mistakes in all these areas. It was because of his findings. I decided to have a bath put back in. If you need a bathroom installation with a person who actually knows what they are doing, then I would recommend Greg. Had a leaking toilet, twice it was seen by others. They did not want to touch it. Greg has fixed the toilet. I will be contacting Raven Plumbing and Heating Solutions, when I having plumbing issues in the future
