Corner shower was fixed as requested, workarounds were made when required. Helen was very specific and straight to the point with recommendations, options and price. As it was mosaic tiles some of them are not completely flat/straight. Any missed points were rectified on the second or third attempt.

Mohammad Habib was by far the best builder who I hired to undertake my project. Extremely reliable, polite and always willing to help. He undertook my kitchen renovation and completely took the stress away from us and completed the whole project. His whole team were reliable and offered to help with additional things that were not included in the project. I ended up giving Habib my bathroom renovation as my two prior builders couldnt complete the job to a satisfactory standard. Habib effortlessly completed the job and fixed their errors. Habib was also really good with providing advice and is very knowledgeable in all aspects. I will definitely use him again and have recommended him to my family and freinds. I will be using him again to undertake my garage and conservatory conversion.

I was very lucky to find Cornel for my building work. His team were extremely hard working, efficient and respectful and the work was done very quickly and to a high standard. Most estimates for the build time were between 8 and 10 weeks - my work was fully complete in 6 weeks. Building control passed all stages of the work without any issues. He is equally proficient at the plumbing, electrics, flooring, tiling and decorating as the heavy building work, even restoring my garden so that it looked better than it did before the build. I am in a conservation area with close neighbours on all sides and Cornel minimised the disruption as much as possible and made efforts to keep everyone happy. His attitude to overcome problems and make sure that in the end you are a happy client drives his approach to the work. I had 10 builders quote for the job and Cornels quote was very competitive and the final costs were exactly as we had agreed. I had spoken to a number of his previous clients before going ahead and they were all very impressed with his work and had good experiences. It can be a difficult decision to choose a builder if you have no previous experience and given the potential for things to go wrong - but we made the right choice. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cornel and his team.

We hired Pawel to completely refit our bathroom, fix wooden flooring in the bedroom and some painting. He did a brilliant job and we are so happy with the end result. He had amazing attention to detail and really thought through the process and any issues that it may present. His tiling in particular was really impressive and he clearly has a huge amount of experience in fitting bathrooms. He was also really responsive throughout the process, flexible to all our various requests and carried out the work on time. He even took delivery of all the various parts for us as we weren't always there to co-ordinate it! Pawel responded quickly to the advert and came over to do a quote on the day I posted it and started the following week. We are definitely going to hire Pawel in the future to do some additional work and will recommend him to others.

Mr Nusrat and the team did an amazing job in setting up a toilet and shower downstairs from scratch. The space was limited but they managed to utilise every corner and the results are great. They first visited us for a consultation and discussed all possible options. They were reasonable and provided a good indication of the costs involved including materials. They worked really hard and managed to complete everything on time. They are flexible, happy to discuss and change plans if you want any updates. Overall, we were very pleased with them and would 100% recommend them.

Sean is excellent at any kind of plumbing. He fitted a downstairs shower and toilet for me in a very tight space, and did a brilliant job. The tiling is beautiful, he does everything with attention to detail and care about the finish, and came back several times, to complete the last details, He is very easy going, and polite, and check with you before doing anything. I appreciated his serious approach towards COVID, he wears his mask and shows consideration. He left the place clean every day and helped with the buying of materials. I would 100 per cent recommend Sean as a brilliant all round builder and plumber and will definitely be using him again for future jobs. Thank you Sean

The original job for a bathroom renovation turned into a much bigger job. Raphael and his team ended up helping design and renovate the bathroom, bedroom, living room and hallway. The team helped us source all the materials including underfloor heating and an incredibly intricate mosaic tiled floor in the hallway. They provided practical advise about what was best for the space, what would work within our budget and what would be easy to live with. For example, the team installed underfloor heating in the living room using wood effect herringbone ceramic tiles which would help get the maximum efficiency out of the underfloor heating whilst giving us the wooden flooring look we desired. Raphael and the team were excellent throughout delivering high quality work and we were more than happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Raph and his team.

I would definitely recommend Step-Up Contractors - they have done a really fantastic and great quality job of refurbishing our bathroom and ensuite shower room. They were very professional, friendly and communicated really well with us throughout the whole process. They tidied up every evening before they left and were very considerate. Hooray for BT Decorating! I had a shower fitting which was old and rusted in. I paid a fortune for some so-called plumber to come and change it; he came three times and couldn't shift it, which did not stop his charging me. I fell back on My Builder and found the wonderful Mr Bolou who came, saw and conquered for a tenth of the price; he also installed an hob extractor fan extremely successfully. He will be called again. This is a tenanted property of which I am the owner and am working at distance, so I couldn't be more satisfied and relieved.
