They were professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled—nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail was second to none. One of the highlights of the project was the walk-in shower they installed, It’s beautifully tiled, and gives the bathroom a sleek, modern feel. They kept the workspace clean, communicated clearly throughout. Zsolt clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. Kaz, the job says replace flush system for toilet cistern. The system only costs £16.99 at Screwfix. You charged £90 that was paid to your account to do this but instead of replacing the whole system you trimmed the old outlet part with a saw. This is an old part that we already had 10 years out of it. Now I have an irate tenant sending me videos and photos as it is leaking water into the bowl none stop. You argued that it is over a year. But it is obvious short cutting for a job you already have been paid well to do and should have done and fully replaced as described in the ad. I sent you video and photos of the part you trimmed for a temporary fix. You can clearly see the saw cut edges at the top. You are a plumber and know the two parts don't match. I do understand it would have taken you may be an extra 15 minutes to replace it but that is the job that was advertised and that you have been paid for. No landlord wants to watch someone fix something they are paying them to do.
