Very versitile tradesman who can do virtually the entire job i.e. Tile, Woodwork, plumb (water not gas), and paint all to a very high standard and at a fair price. I like also that he will point other issues you may have rather than just ingnoring them and leaving you to have a problem later, but just ensure you're both clear these are added extras and agree price for them to avoid any confusion. I would recommend him and use again if/when needed.

I'm very pleased with Karnas Property Services and colleagues in every aspect. It was a complete bathroom refurb. Always arrived on time. Updated me every step of the way. Very reasonable. Any missing bits that I forgot, he happily go to get them. Only took 7 days to finish and did a fantastic job! I was so pleased with his work and how tidy and clean he kept the place after each day. He's a very nice guy and you can have a laugh with him. But he always remained professional when it came to working. They also fited for me door frame and door with all the furniture. I would highly recommend to anyone!

In a nutshell, I will not allow any builder (other than Shkelzen/John!) to do any significant work in my home. Hard to know where to begin but... - Precision and a commitment to outstanding aesthetic quality - Honest and trustworthy - had my house keys for a month, respected my home and understood the trust I was putting in him - Timely - worked to the agreed length of time. Often worked weekends in order to finish on time - Friendly with some great conversations! Slotted right into a very busy home with two small children - Went over and above to help me source the materials/furniture needed to complete the job - Good value for money - I got exactly what I paid for There are no words that can outline how positive this experience was for my whole family. I stand in my two new bathrooms and I'm still blown away. I have very high expectations and John met all of them. I feel so lucky to have finally met the builder to rule all builders. Dispel any nerves you have about what you might end up with - I fell it is impossible to be let down with this company.
