Dean was reliable punctual and kept the area tidy . He was open to all my ideas and added some improvements to them I wouldn't have thought of. He managed to do a specific plan I wanted that the others I had to quote said couldn't be done without it being a big expensive job. I now have a beautiful and practical bathroom and cloakroom. I cannot praise him and his partner enough and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

The Job was to extend the rear of the house on the ground floor, open up the kitchen and reception room into one open plan living area, to refresh the rest of the house which included new plaster skim, doors and frames and to fit new bathrooms and kitchen as well as an rewire on the whole house and the construction of a retaining wall in the garden to accommodate the extension. Florins team were excellent from start to finish, the whole project was completed in record time to a very high standard. The 10 weeks turnaround was incredible, we were very happy that Florin was always here at the property or on the end of the phone throughout the process, his professional advice and smart ideas made for a smooth transition from room to room. The team were very hard working, polite and knowledgeable, these guys worked very hard and very quickly which was amazing to see and I was very grateful we were able to move into the property earlier than planned which even saved us money on the temporary accommodation we had! Can’t thank you enough Florin, any small issues we had were dealt with quickly and smoothly, I love the house, the level of work and would 100% use Florin and his team on my next project!

As a novice in any job relating to building I set out on my first building project to ensure I recruit a builder who is honest, has integrity, quality assured and will deliver on time. At first I shortlisted eight builders. I met them individually and showed them the work, following this visit I asked them to submit a quote and timescale to deliver. On first meeting Jaswinder I was stuck with his assured, calm, transparency and above all honesty to meeting my requests. He stood by his word and did a very good quality job. not only that he goes out of his way to help me by explaining the best way to get the job done and his price was good. Having heard not so good stories from friends about their experience I was pleased my experience has been positive. I am using Jaswinder for other projects.
