Kenny from Topnotch/Magnum Builders carried out a full renovation for us, including a large kitchen, bathroom, shower room, W.C, new lighting, radiators, and a master bedroom refurb. From the start he was professional, friendly, and easy to work with, guiding us through design, budget, and options with patience and care. His joinery is outstanding – even the quartz worktop fitters praised the precision of his kitchen installation as one of the best they’d seen. When faced with challenges, like installing a 250kg roll-top bath, Kenny found creative solutions that improved our design. He worked tirelessly, often 6 days a week and into evenings, and we completely trusted him in our home (and with our Labrador!). While a minor delay arose with a subcontractor, Kenny resolved it quickly and kept communication open and honest. The quality of his work and his integrity stood out throughout. We will definitely use Kenny again and highly recommend him and Magnum Builders.

Filip has just finished a full renovation of my living room , plastered and painted all walls , removed and old dated fireplace and put down laminate flooring as well as fitting new sockets around the room changing lights and fitting a door and new skirtings and fitting and plumbing in a radiator , we could not be any happier with the job they did, they did a great job at a great price and were just generally really nice workers to have in the house , I would definitely hire them again , they had a lot of awkward and different jobs to complete and they completed it all to a great standard , cheers!

I am currently renovating my own house and through this i've gained a good understanding of most tasks in and around the house from plumbing and carpentry right through to fencing. I can turn my hand to most jobs. I've spent a reasonable time abroad some years ago as a hotel handyman doing everything from fixing hair dryers to swimming pool maintenance. (I even maintained the power boats and sail boats that the hotel hired out) I work hard to understand what the customer wants and the best way to achieve the results with a good finish and the best price possible.
