He laid the tiles crookedly on the flat walls. The tiles had chips and cracks. The tap leaked immediately after his departure. The floor tiles moved away from the floor and cracked. The door was installed crookedly with a huge gap. The corners of the walls were just moulded with plastic and said it was normal. Inter-tile joints of different sizes. When using the level, you can see curvature everywhere, on the floor and walls. When he changed the lamp and the switch, he just bought the cheapest circuit breaker on the rope and it broke down after three weeks. Doesn't show or bring checks from the store. He hides all the information how much he spent on the materials. Not recommended!!!

They did a good job on getting my bathroom sorted. It did take a little longer than I would’ve hoped for but they kept me updated throughout the process. I did have issues with the shower leaking after they had completed but the builder made every effort to rectify the leak at no additional cost which was greatly appreciated. All in all I would recommend as they do a good job and offer competitive prices.

We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. In fact, now that we found the perfect man to work with, we are looking forward to finding another renovation project to work on! Monica

We hired Aurelian to finish the job that another tradesman walked out on and where we had a very unpleasant experience - not an easy ask. But really pleased we did. He was empathetic about our situation, flexible and reasonable. He did some tiling, painted two rooms and installed decorative large Victorian-style plaster coving which was a big job involving a lot of patience and sanding, and his attention to detail meant for a lovely finish. He was trustworthy and good to his word, will definitely be using again

Extremely professional, he came in and got the job done which was a difficult job with old pipe work and all the problems of an aged central heating system. Very polite and friendly and explained everything he was doing as he went along. Everything done to a really high standard and we couldn’t be more pleased with his work for which he charged a fair price. We would recommend him to friends if needed and also call him again ourselves if more works are ever needed at our house. A very nice guy all round and it was a pleasure to have met him. Pierre was thoroughly professional throughout the process - he was transparent with his costs, was punctual and completed the job to a very good standard (despite encountering some difficulties with our wonky floor and dodgy walls!) Finally I have found someone who does what he says he will do. I have come across soooo many unscrupulous tradesmen and wasted so much money so my trust in this company was initially sceptical. Hamed and his team, and Shamal did a great job and completed a total bathroom refurbishment to my satisfaction. Used a new product microcement which I absolutely love instead of tiles. Prompt, efficient and competitive price. Completed the work when they said they would. Cleared away all the rubbish.Was patient with me when I ordered the shower tray slightly late! Would definitely recommend and I would use them again.

Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

Vasyl and the team were great and I love my new bathroom. I had a design planned and supplies reserved and needed the installation. Team worked very closely with me in order to make some improvement and were great finding the solutions. The noise and the mess was kept to minimun and did not have any difficulty working from home while work as conducted.The critical items; work done to the budget, time and quality were all met. Budget actually went a bit down from the estimate and time as extended a little to ensure the quality. I would be very happy to recommend Vasyl and the team.

Shpetim did an absolutely incredible job and we could not be happier - our bathroom has been completely transformed. The quality of works is of an incredibly high standard, this is someone who takes pride in what he does. He worked tirelessly and professionally and it really shows. He also gave us plenty of great advice that helped us make decisions on selecting fittings. Shpetim also did an amazing job of cleaning up after himself every night and took away all the rubbish. We will definitely be calling on him again for the next big renovation job!
