I have been a general plumber for 8 years and fitting bathrooms for 5 years. I specialise in accessible bathrooms for the elderly and disabled and also fit common sanitaryware too. Having spent some time training others fitters for a well known company, i would say my strengths are attention to detail to achieve a seamless finish, and building a strong foundation for a snag free longlasting bathroom. My work patterns are flexible, i am able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and some bank holidays. As well as doing a good job customer service is something i take seriously, keeping a close relationship with the customer from start to finish allowing you to be in control and keeping you at the centre of every decision every step of the way. Anthony has done a great job on the bathroom, it was in a very poor condition due to a previous shoddy refit. He faced a number of challenges to correct the issues and dealt with them all admirably. We need the bathroom to be fully accessible for somebody with some physical issues, he has transformed it to a totally usable and attractive bathroom. As I arranged this refit for a relatives house he supplied pictures and voice notes to explain any issues/resolutions and progress. I found Anthony to be very knowledgeable, friendly and professional

Jude is a bright, motivated individual committed to improving himself and those he works with. His setup is impressive, and his dedication to quality is clear. The project had challenges, and while Jude made well-intentioned decisions, some did not achieve the desired outcome. Supplier delays and on-the-job changes added complexity. During this phase, Jude was impatient at times, and better management of change and client expectations would be beneficial in future projects. Clear communication, especially on additional costs over 5%, should be standard to avoid misunderstandings. At one point, there was concern over payment, but after discussions, Jude refocused and delivered excellent work. The final result met expectations, and we appreciate the effort from him and his team (including young trainee Finn). Jude is honest and expects the same in return. Piotr & team renovated my bathroom. Piotr is highly professional. He is approachable, pleasant, upholds great attitude and work ethics. Piotr and team are reliable, punctual, have excellent time management. They were respectful of my home and tidied up after each working day. Piotr communication is excellent, he provides advice suggestions and options. Piotr would ask regarding decisions of preferred placement of shelves, radiators etc before installing. He and his team are perfectionists, they pay great attention to detail. This is reflective of his work which is completed to a high standard and is immaculate.
