This was the best experience I have ever had with a team of builders. Aldo and Leo were polite, organised and their workmanship is of a very high standard. They replaced the bathroom in our rental flat, and it looks really smart. They also refurbished the kitchen, replacing flooring and decorated the whole flat. We have just shown it to an estate agent as we are planning to sell it and they were very impressed. Aldo was very helpful in making suggestions of small changes that would save us money and delivered the project on time and right on budget. Would recommend them and will certainly use them again.

Anton did a brilliant job in my bathroom. I needed a bath panel replaced which involved fitting it into a slightly awkward corner and cutting/planing it to size. I am very pleased with the final result. Anton took a lot of care to get the fitting right so there would be no strange gaps owing to the curved tiles at one end of the bath. He kept me informed on all important aspects of the job - on what was feasible to do. Anton was pleasant to have around.

Overall experience absolute stress!!! First impression decent tradesmen and fair price but the following happened 1. Turned up 1hour late 2. Parking issues(I ended up paying as delaying job starting) 3. Didnt seem like he had done a Ikea PAX wardrobe(didn’t understand sliding door mechanism even though I provided code for my order so he can check) 4. Complained about paint smell (confusing I have been living in property for 1 month with husband & child no issues) 5. Left job after 2.5hrs incomplete because of paint smell, and asked for 1/2 agreed payment upfront & return another day to finish) my husband confirms he had another job but gave this excuse but I paid in good faith. 6. Messaged me to state that I mis informed him of the size of the wardrobe and the job would require more money( laughable as I gave him the Pax wardrobe code to see all info regarding this. 7. Confirmed he wanted additional £70 to finish the job and compared himself to what Ikea would charge. I would of went to Ikea if i wanted to spend a arm and a leg Daniel don’t price a job if you have not fully researched what is needed especially when the customer provided you with codes to check wardrobe. And especially don’t think it’s acceptable to change a price because of your own oversight and leave a job 1/2 done because of paint smell. Next time wear a mask if you have such a sensitive sense of smell, this was the most inconvenience and waste of time & money with this tradesmen

He went beyond the original identified issue with the heating system bringing in an electrician to help solve the root problem (seemingly a legacy from previous repairs made by others). I had a loft conversion done by a builder, after which we failed the Final Inspection. Subsequently, I fired that builder and began searching for a reliable builder to complete my loft conversion and address all the issues that Building Control had identified. After interviewing 3 builders, I decided to hire Magic Finishing. Vlad was diligent and caring about my situation, and he brought a great team with him to finish my construction. He replaced the staircase to the loft ( which was the main issue), replaced all doors with fireproof doors, performed electrical work, painted all touched areas, and also retrofitted the outhouse.

He laid the tiles crookedly on the flat walls. The tiles had chips and cracks. The tap leaked immediately after his departure. The floor tiles moved away from the floor and cracked. The door was installed crookedly with a huge gap. The corners of the walls were just moulded with plastic and said it was normal. Inter-tile joints of different sizes. When using the level, you can see curvature everywhere, on the floor and walls. When he changed the lamp and the switch, he just bought the cheapest circuit breaker on the rope and it broke down after three weeks. Doesn't show or bring checks from the store. He hides all the information how much he spent on the materials. Not recommended!!!

Finally I have found someone who does what he says he will do. I have come across soooo many unscrupulous tradesmen and wasted so much money so my trust in this company was initially sceptical. Hamed and his team, and Shamal did a great job and completed a total bathroom refurbishment to my satisfaction. Used a new product microcement which I absolutely love instead of tiles. Prompt, efficient and competitive price. Completed the work when they said they would. Cleared away all the rubbish.Was patient with me when I ordered the shower tray slightly late! Would definitely recommend and I would use them again.
