I highly recommend Charles Bell. He is superb at everything he touches: tiling, plumbing, fitting and decorating and a delight to have in the house. He had the extremely arduous of job of dismantling a shower room up a spiral staircase at the top of the house, carrying heavy loads up and down 70 stairs and he still managed to complete the job ahead of schedule. His workmanship on the new shower room is immaculate and his attention to detail is precise. His fees are very reasonable and he came in on budget. I am very pleased with his work and could not fault him in any way.

What I liked about Conrad was his honesty and ingenuity. He investigated thoroughly where the leak was coming from, and then did an excellent job fixing it, and also making sure any repairs blended well with the existing rendering and wood above the window. He charged me a fair price and was tidy. Would recommend.

They did a good job on getting my bathroom sorted. It did take a little longer than I would’ve hoped for but they kept me updated throughout the process. I did have issues with the shower leaking after they had completed but the builder made every effort to rectify the leak at no additional cost which was greatly appreciated. All in all I would recommend as they do a good job and offer competitive prices.

Kaz, the job says replace flush system for toilet cistern. The system only costs £16.99 at Screwfix. You charged £90 that was paid to your account to do this but instead of replacing the whole system you trimmed the old outlet part with a saw. This is an old part that we already had 10 years out of it. Now I have an irate tenant sending me videos and photos as it is leaking water into the bowl none stop. You argued that it is over a year. But it is obvious short cutting for a job you already have been paid well to do and should have done and fully replaced as described in the ad. I sent you video and photos of the part you trimmed for a temporary fix. You can clearly see the saw cut edges at the top. You are a plumber and know the two parts don't match. I do understand it would have taken you may be an extra 15 minutes to replace it but that is the job that was advertised and that you have been paid for. No landlord wants to watch someone fix something they are paying them to do.

Elvis what shall I say , he did great great job for us , installation of central heating new boiler system installation , underfloor heating and 2 bathrooms first fix for a very big double storey rear and side extension. Very competent, professional , punctuate and clean work at a very competetive price . He helped me a lot and gave me advice on many other aspects of my project . Really can't thank him enough and will use his service again and again. Next will be secondary fix of the bathrooms soon hopefully . My advice to everyone use his experienced professional work as you won't see better quality or quotation ever . Elvis is a friend and brother now , thanks very much .
