I have used many firms in the past for various jobs to my personal and rental properties. Deep is the first person that I have met who is not only 100% professional but goes over and beyond to make sure you are totally happy with the work. I recently had my rental property bath renovated by AVA Construction and what ever my requests were they were more than accomodating and Deep made sure he kept me updated on the progress of the work and if a decision was needed to be made about any design or changes to the work I was informed beforehand. I would happily use the services of AVA construction in the future, in fact I am having a porch built by them now. I will leave feedback on that when it is completed. Keep up the good work! SID.

I had an out door room in my garden put up by some cow boys which I was left with needing a multitude of problems fixing. Our budget was quite tight but Pano provided us with quotes for each stage of the job detailing what was included in each stage this was really helpful. Pano was great at discussing and suggesting best ways to find solutions understanding our budget we never felt pressured to spend more. We trusted his guidance in the best way to complete the work. Pano always turned up when he said he would and at the end of each day left areas clean and tidy. Now the job has been completed we have the out door room we wanted and are really happy with .
