Francis and his team did an incredible job on my bathroom and toilet renovations. Francis followed the 3d drawings to a tee. The workmanship, attention-to-detail and open communication was something I wish all tradesmen possess, Francis had plenty of it and on top of that his team turned up on time every morning and carried out all the works meticulously. He always suggested great ideas and explained his rationale. He's trustworthy, and knows exactly what he's doing! At the same time quoted a really fair competitive price for the works. I'm really happy with the end result and ecstatic with being able to use the bathroom and toilet room for decades to come. You'll never regret hiring Francis and his team for your renovation.

From coming round to quote through to final snagging, Milo always kept us informed of what was happening, and was punctual and very neat and tidy in his work. He and Graham have great attention to detail and pride in their job, and didn't complete our new bathroom until they were 100% happy with the finished product. The work was done in the exact timeframe they initially quoted, and the brand new bathroom is even better than we'd hoped - we're thrilled with the quality of work. Christian arrived at my property exactly when he said he would. He fixed my bathroom tap quickly which had became loose a few weeks ago and I couldn't use, he also tightened the whole tap plate which I don't think has ever been tight. Christian then had a look at my kitchen tap, which was leaking and gave me great advice of what I need. Rather than replacing things, Christian likes to try and fix things first, which is great and saves extra expense. He is very polite and pleasant, I would highly recommend him.

We hired Nick initially for what I thought was a small bathroom job which turned out to be a bigger problem. Nick was very helpful in explaining our options and professional to the end. Excellent at communicating with us all the time, returning calls, texts and emails promptly. Regrettably we did not proceed with booking Nick for the job as we ended up going through a friend of our neighbour but I have no doubt that if we had booked Nick he would have carried out the work with a high degree of expertise and professionalism. Nick came across to me as someone to be trusted with a lot of experience and who does not cut corners with his work. I would highly recommend him.

I'm so pleased I hired JR plumbing. They fitted my shower room beautifully and dealt with a lot of other little jobs in the kitchen and bathroom while they were here. My bathroom supplier let me down and Reece went out of his way to source and collect an alternative for me. They were totally up front on cost and were extremely fair. I was called away unexpectedly during the job and I had no concerns about giving them my keys and trusting them to keep my beloved dogs safely indoors! Would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Cyrus has completed a fantastic new en-suite for me, he had to raise a floor and install a saniflow unit too. Throughout Cyrus and his staff were reliable, kept in touch with any slight changes required, clean and so polite and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the en-suite which was finished to a very high standard and would highly recommend CV Building and Maintenance. I was also charged a very reasonable price!

Best builder I have ever used. I am extremely happy with my new bathroom. There were zero problems with Edmond. The work was excellent, delivered on time and to a very high standard. Edmond takes huge pride in his work and you can tell with the finish. The work was completed while I was away and Edmond and his team we’re very trustworthy. When Edmond provided the quote he offered his own ideas and suggestions which were very helpful. The quote was a good price and nothing paid until he has finished the job and I had checked it. Edmond even took time to check all the products I was buying for the bathroom. Edmond communicated really well throughout the project and was tidy and considerate.
