Tony was a gent from day 0 He measured discussed and help me plan my replacement bathroom. Not once did he push items or ideas I could not afford and was reasonable with his labor rates. Total build cost just under budget which leaves a great taste of a create of cider due to the extra money left over. He is a very clean worker; he tidied up, followed every request and vacuumed my stairs at the end! Tony is punctual and works to deadlines as expected and communicated every requirement and step of the job with us. Tony is my first proper experience of a tradesmen and I would hire him again in an instant for any other work I may have. Job was completed in 5 working days as quoted and the finish is more than I could have asked for.

We agreed the job and price, Richard asked me to buy the sanitary wear so it was all on site in time which I did, and he was to adjust the estimate accordingly. The date and time for the job to start was agreed, even parking was arranged. Then he stopped responding to my messages, emails and phone calls and simply didn’t turn up. No communication, no apology, no offer to reschedule, nothing. I see that messages were read yesterday, 5 hours after the job was due to start and still nothing. I had a lot of upheaval before the job was due to start and had made plans to be elsewhere while the job was in progress. Very poor behaviour, and now the job is back out for quotes which has caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. I did worry he might have had an accident, and could have understood that, but it seems that is not the case.

We hired Chris to complete the rip out and installation of our small bathroom. From the get go my wife and I knew we were in good hands and the end result is second to none Chris turned up when he said he would and would continously graft. In the end he removed and replaced the floorboards, removed and installed the new suite, laid the flooring and the tiled the areas we wanted tiling. We would not hesitate to get Chris back in for further jobs we may need doing and honestly wish we found him before hiring another professional, who's work is no where near the standard that Chris has delivered.
