Andy was quick to respond to the job and started the work within days. Communication from him was great, he always showed up at agreed times and was so helpful with any questions/issues that came up. Hello, ABOUT ME; My name is Ron, I have my own vehicle. I've been in construction for 10 years now. Ive always had happy clients content with my work. Im a great problem solver and capable handyman. I am polite, reliable and pride myself on my cleanliness. I am comfortable around dogs and pets etc. MY WORK HISTORY; I started gardening when I was a teenager, then went on to painting and decorating. Set up my own company, painted some nice houses in Brighton once upon a time. I can wallpaper and all my decoration is to a high standard. Then moved onto site carpentry, finding work on Eco builds and specialising in passive house. Which is a highly energy efficient standard of building. I very much enjoy bathroom design and install. I myself can do basic like for like plumbing. I work along side plumbers and electricians. I have installed bathrooms with WUFH and EUFH. I have tiled all the bathrooms myself. I am capable in all wet trades. I have a keen eye for tiling designs. I can plaster and skim. I am also sufficient in lime plastering. Having used brands like adaptive lime plaster. Afterwards, I was a site manager for ecological retrofit company in Bristol. Using natural materials to renovate and insulate homes. This included the use of Hempcrete, IP (insulating plaster), recycled foam glass, Wood fibre board and would fibre bats. I am confident in understanding the properties of breathable materials, that are needed to be used in older properties with lime based mortar. Using appropriate plaster and paint to finish. I have worked on my own, I have worked as part of a team, and I have run and managed teams and projects. Now I find myself in Kingston upon Thames looking for some small jobs to keep me busy until my next big project. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Ron

Repointing- 17 Feb 2020
Despite the poor weather at the end of January, the brick workers from Wirral Structural done a good job. They raked out, completely, the original mortar and pointed the wall. The new mortar is a very close colour match to the original existing mortar and has been applied neatly. They cleared up at the end of every day and there was minimal disruption. I did receive less expensive quotes, but for the quality finish I believe that Wirral Structural represents good value for money. I recommend them.

Cannot recommend Team Jakub and Veronica strongly enough! Talented, professional and clearly very experienced, they kept in contact and arrived on time. Not the easiest job - as the heavy wooden M&S wardrobes date back to the 90's and had been in storage for several years - so various screws etc needed to get them back into working order were not all there, yet this did not phase Jakub and Veronica - who not only got the wardrobes back into working order (making sure the doors were hung so they did not catch, etc) but they polished the wardrobes after finishing, and cleaned up after themselves - leaving me nothing to do, but hang up my clothing in my beautiful 'new' wardrobes! I will most certainly be calling on them for any other Handyman work I need doing. 5 Stars!
