Highly recommended. Witold handled the job with expertise and professionalism from start to finish, with awesome advice and a reasonable quotation. Removed old tiles and non-functioning built-in toilet, which he replaced. The job carried over a few days, and each time he left the area was always clean and tidy. He also sent video updates at the end of each day to inform us of the progress - a nice touch! We are very happy with the outcome and I would definitely look to Äaltho for future jobs.

In a nutshell, I will not allow any builder (other than Shkelzen/John!) to do any significant work in my home. Hard to know where to begin but... - Precision and a commitment to outstanding aesthetic quality - Honest and trustworthy - had my house keys for a month, respected my home and understood the trust I was putting in him - Timely - worked to the agreed length of time. Often worked weekends in order to finish on time - Friendly with some great conversations! Slotted right into a very busy home with two small children - Went over and above to help me source the materials/furniture needed to complete the job - Good value for money - I got exactly what I paid for There are no words that can outline how positive this experience was for my whole family. I stand in my two new bathrooms and I'm still blown away. I have very high expectations and John met all of them. I feel so lucky to have finally met the builder to rule all builders. Dispel any nerves you have about what you might end up with - I fell it is impossible to be let down with this company.

I gave this person the plumbing work for my house extension and renovation for the existing of the house, at first this person was polite and well behaved, after he was given the first instalment, his intentions became clear. The contract, which was signed by both of us, was ignored. it was allegedly written by his 17 years old son, who left them and that the man is not responsible for the contract. Whilst the man and his brother were doing the plumbing a few things which were lying around the house had gone missing, as well as the fact that he had just spontaneously disappeared for two-three weeks at a time on multiple occasions. In each occasion he had brought up excuses such as his wife had a heart attack or he had been to Poland for a bereavement. Towards the end his attitude had changed as he became more aggressive. He had persuaded me to give the last installment and promised to be devoted to the task at hand. As soon as I entrusted him with my hard-earned lump sum from my pension he took his tools and left, resulting in me having to find other tradesmen to do the remainder of the work. In his profile he advertised that he has a diploma and many other qualifications in plumbing, I have my doubts as he could not hold a basic conversation in English. This made me suspect whether he really did receive these “qualifications”. His work had many faults within it which forced me to turn to another plumber.

Fejsall completed the work very quickly and to our total satisfaction. Throughout he has been 5 star, keeping appointments, excellent communication, helping on choice of new toilet and fittings.
