Carl was very interested in the work we wanted doing and suggested some ideas that we hadn't thought of. His quote was competitive and ,whilst not the cheapest,included all we asked for, and we felt confident that we would get a good job,so we were able to go ahead with the whole job in one go. He organised all paperwork,building regs, rsj calculations etc saving us paperwork hassle. His men arrived at 7.30 on the agreed day and worked very dilligently throughout the project.Nothing was too much trouble for him and his men,despite us changing things as building progressed.It is always stressfull to have builders altering your property,but everything was done in an orderly manner,the area was kept as tidy as possible,cleaning up as they went along.Carl kept a watchful eye on everything,coordinating all trades to ensure that they were there when required. We are very pleased with our conversion from kitchen/dining room to one massive,more usefull family orientated space.Also a previous junk storage,garage area, is now a large utility room and downstairs loo,very usefull. We know how difficult it is to find a good, reliable,builder,we are very pleased to have chosen Carl and his team.PS he also came in on price.

We first got in touch with DL3 property solutions Ltd earlier on in the year to discuss fitting a toilet, kitchen and cafe counter/servery area for our brand new play cafe. There were some difficulties in terms of how they were going to be able to do it due to the lack of plans of drainage in the unit, and other obstacles in our way. But we were determined to find a way of doing it in the particular unit we had chosen. The team were unbelievably helpful in coming up with solutions for how we would manage this project and although we were held back time wise, they were able to reschedule for a later date. Before work commenced they held a pre start meeting with all involved in the premises so everyone knew what was happening and when. And that was that, they got to work. They were up against the clock and this wasn't simply a case of updating pre-existing facilties, everything had to be built from scratch. They really put everything into it and finished the job to a high standard, they were efficient, and when things went wrong (as things never go quite to plan) they just got on with it. Throughout and after the process there was excellent communication which included a follow-up visit. Excellent customer service. A very professional, hardworking team, with a lot of knowledge and expertise in their field. We would highly recommend them to anyone

My wife and I were looking to bring our tired bathroom up to date ready for putting our house on the market. Andy called round and fully understood our needs and provided a quotation with links to websites to show the items which he proposed using. This was great and made our decision making process much easier. Andy was able to undertake the job at what must be the busiest time for any trades...just weeks before Christmas... and we fully appreciated that he had to split his time a little. None the less the job was completed to our absolute satisfaction with Andy even deciding to tweak the finish a little to provide a better result. The site was kept clean throughout and Andy stacked the old suite and bagged tiles neatly for us to arrange disposal when we were ready. We would have no hesitation in recommending Andy
