Output, finishing was all top notch. But what sets Sotiri and the rest of the team apart is their work ethic. Always went the extra mile working long hours to wait for deliveries that never came (Wickes at fault!), dealing with all the problems that came up from issues with Wickes, and coming up with clever solutions to minimise additional cost! All in all would highly recommend him. Definitely find my go to guy for all jobs now!

Alex provided a great service. He came round on time to view the job, gave a detailed and competitive quote and built the bathroom exactly to spec. He was keen to ensure I was happy with all aspects of the installation with regard to both materials and workmanship and even carried out some small additional activities not included in the original quote. He was polite, hard working and very experienced. He also cleaned up the house at the end of each day. I am really pleased with my bathroom and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Francis and his team did an incredible job on my bathroom and toilet renovations. Francis followed the 3d drawings to a tee. The workmanship, attention-to-detail and open communication was something I wish all tradesmen possess, Francis had plenty of it and on top of that his team turned up on time every morning and carried out all the works meticulously. He always suggested great ideas and explained his rationale. He's trustworthy, and knows exactly what he's doing! At the same time quoted a really fair competitive price for the works. I'm really happy with the end result and ecstatic with being able to use the bathroom and toilet room for decades to come. You'll never regret hiring Francis and his team for your renovation.

David you are very respectful, reliable and trust worthy and although the lead in time was several weeks as we requested, you always replied to texts promptly and did not let us down when the start date arrived following our deliveries. Unfortunately once the old bathroom suite was removed , problems,which could not have been identified before, became apparent. This often happens unfortunately. This made it very difficult for you to then complete the job on time to the standard you would have preferred and everything became a bit rushed. The tiling is very good . To make it less stressful for yourself I would suggest that you always tell the customer that if you uncover problems you will need to charge them for additional time.most people are accepting of this. I’m a bit late adding this review but Vasile just reminded me. We are really happy with the home that Vasile built for us. It’s a Victorian terrace over 3 floors that needed a full renovation including electrical re-wiring, new plumbing etc plus a gf side and rear extension plus a loft conversion. Vasile and his team worked really hard to get us the finish we wanted. He always was on-hand to solve problems from building control to water pressure. He was always very friendly to work with and extremely respectful. We always got the impression that he wants to make his customers happy and takes pride in his work. Because of Covid and issues with materials and the labour market, our job took longer than expected but I think this was really outside of anyone’s control. We now have a really beautiful house that we love living in and it’s in no small part thanks to Vasile. I have recommended Vasile to friends already and have shown some of his potential customers round our house. They were always really impressed and inspired.
