I arranged an appointment for 5.30pm, which Mitchell let me know earlier that day he couldn’t make. We rearranged for the following day at the same time. On the morning of the second day, I received a message suggesting an earlier time of 5pm. Unfortunately, as I wasn’t able to pick up emails during the day, I couldn’t confirm the change. I was available and in any way from 5pm onwards, but he didn't attend. That's when I checked my emails to find the message about the earlier time. I tried to follow up by email and phone straightaway to clarify the situation, but didn’t receive a response. Overall, it was disappointing due to the lack of communication.

I made an error in my choice of one of the fittings - it was my error but when I asked about having it changed they were very obliging- and found a replacement quickly and went to collect it - with no fuss -,I would definitely recommend and would be keen to employ this team again

I cannot recommend Stefan enough. He was supportive and communicative from day 1. Stefan helped me come up with design ideas and what to order. He was super patient with the 101 questions I was asking before the work had even started. I was turning a small wet room into a brand new bathroom, which included knocking through and airing cupboard wall, rebuilding, levelling the floor, new light, plastering and more. He can do it all! When the project started he was incredibly reliable. He was there when he said he would be there, gave me timelines and updated me throughout the process. He treated the rest of the house with respect and I trusted him 100% whilst I was away. I genuinely can’t thank Stefan enough. I’d recommend him to anyone, and I’ve already passed his details onto some of my friends.

Kev renovated my bathroom really nicely ,however after one month my shower has started to leak causing my roof to fall. I have tried getting in contact with him however he keeps fobbing me off and has now blocked my phone. I have rang from a different number which he answered and said he’ll get back to me and not called back now. Very disappointed with him.

Hired to rip out and rebuild my basement bathroom which had extensive damage to floor and walls. There was good communication throughout the job from initial meeting to discuss the details of the job and terms of business to the calls and messages showing daily progress and cost of materials. Initiative and experience showed when dealing with problems and changes to the job for example reinforcing the floor and adding insulation to walls without delay. I would definitely work with Stan and Andrej again. They get on with the job and do things properly.
