David you are very respectful, reliable and trust worthy and although the lead in time was several weeks as we requested, you always replied to texts promptly and did not let us down when the start date arrived following our deliveries. Unfortunately once the old bathroom suite was removed , problems,which could not have been identified before, became apparent. This often happens unfortunately. This made it very difficult for you to then complete the job on time to the standard you would have preferred and everything became a bit rushed. The tiling is very good . To make it less stressful for yourself I would suggest that you always tell the customer that if you uncover problems you will need to charge them for additional time.most people are accepting of this. Most of the work was outside in the rain and cold, but Tony and his colleagues never complained and just got on with it. The were polite and respectful at all time. Tony clearly knows what he is doing. The work was completed on time and very good value for money.

Andrzej did do a very good job in replacing my bathroom. Plastering and tiling are of a good standard and he managed to hide the waste pipe, which used to be clearly visible, under the floor.

I was very pleased with the work that James and David did for me. They ended up undertaking a much broader renovation of my rental property than I had initially specified. This is testament to their wide skill set as they were flexible enough to take on a full range of ad hoc maintenance tasks/repairs identified by my new tenants from replacing kitchen doors, laying new bathroom tiles, painting, building flat pack furniture repairing windows and fixing various plumbing issues.
