iBathrooms did a fantastic job. We wanted a company that was comfortable working with Zellige tiles and they have installed them beautifully. They were very accommodating, working around the installation of the marble sbath surround and, coming back promptly to fix any snags.

Hello, This is Decorum Property Maintenance (No longer a Limited Co.) (Please use email only as I don’t pick up unknown calls whilst on the customer’s time). No builders or middle men, end user customers only. Labour or material estimates will not be capped. Only estimates provided. I have been providing beautiful bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces for over 35 years. My working hours are (Normally) a five day week, 7 hours per day at the stipulated rate which is NORMALLY £120 per man hour. (No lunch breaks taken) Materials are charged at cost giving the customer the benefit of trade discounts available. Terms and conditions provided with estimate.
Anthony did a brilliant job delivering on what he promised. We had several good tradespeople quote on the job but Athony offered the simpliest, most effective, stylish and cost conscious solution. We had a drain/waste that had come away and the job required reinforcing underneath the tiles and putting in a new drain. Instead of buying a tray he was able to cut a tile to fit around the new drain and gradient the slope towards the drain. We couldn't be happier. On time and on budget!

I highly recommend Charles Bell. He is superb at everything he touches: tiling, plumbing, fitting and decorating and a delight to have in the house. He had the extremely arduous of job of dismantling a shower room up a spiral staircase at the top of the house, carrying heavy loads up and down 70 stairs and he still managed to complete the job ahead of schedule. His workmanship on the new shower room is immaculate and his attention to detail is precise. His fees are very reasonable and he came in on budget. Riad resealed my bath and replaced some of the surfaces around the sink and at the end of the bath. He chose tiling that almost exactly matches the much older tiling in the rest of the bathroom. William and his team replaced our bathroom recently and we’re delighted with the result. George, Gitza and Mircea were great, not intrusive at all and always happy to discuss what they were doing and consider potential changes. They didn’t leave a mess and were careful to protect the rest of the flat while they worked. William is always available on the phone, never took decisions without consulting us first and paid regular visits to make sure work was progressing as expected. They went above and beyond what was expected of them, helping fix an issue with the boiler and replacing some wiring in the kitchen along the way, and were able to come out the same day and fix the problem when we found a small leak in the shower after the job was finished. Unfortunately this job was done badly both in terms of the work standard and also the communication. It was a small bathroom job that I was told would take 2 weeks but it actually was only finished 8 weeks later. I had to live elsewhere for a full 3 weeks. Very little was done in the first 2 weeks and I was told nothing could be done until the bath arrived on site. However when the bath arrived on site, it sat outside my flat for a full week before being installed. I live in a block of flats and there were nights where they were drilling until midnight (because after 3 weeks I had to push them to actually get work done). The final bathroom is not well finished with excess grout/sealant visible in many places. They are in general unable/unwilling to admit any fault that is their own. I got a discount on the final invoice in the end as it was such a shoddy job but I couldn't recommend this firm to anyone, it's not worth it in terms of the standard of the work or the amount of project management you will have to put in in order to get them to do to any work.
