We are happy with the new bathroom, it has been professionally installed and looks great. They were quick to respond to issues which could have not been predicted. They in general left the property clean and came back to clean up some more when we asked. This company completed the project on time and for a fair price and worked hard every day they were in the property. We would happily use them again.

Claudiu and his team did an excellent job renovating our 2 bed flat in Bushey. He did a great job on the laminate flooring in particular. Installed coving, skirting, painted walls/doors/radiators, installed new light fixtures, and assembled furniture. Will definitely work with him again. Claudio tiled a bathroom floor for me and fixed a couple of issues on a kitchen floor that wasn't tiled properly. I am very satisfied with the results. I found him to be friendly, respectful and he communicated with me well. He was flexible in doing the work at short notice and working around what was a bit of a tricky schedule at the time, whilst also maintaining a high attention to detail. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. By the way, very similar feedback to the one posted by harvey_230
