Kaz, the job says replace flush system for toilet cistern. The system only costs £16.99 at Screwfix. You charged £90 that was paid to your account to do this but instead of replacing the whole system you trimmed the old outlet part with a saw. This is an old part that we already had 10 years out of it. Now I have an irate tenant sending me videos and photos as it is leaking water into the bowl none stop. You argued that it is over a year. But it is obvious short cutting for a job you already have been paid well to do and should have done and fully replaced as described in the ad. I sent you video and photos of the part you trimmed for a temporary fix. You can clearly see the saw cut edges at the top. You are a plumber and know the two parts don't match. I do understand it would have taken you may be an extra 15 minutes to replace it but that is the job that was advertised and that you have been paid for. No landlord wants to watch someone fix something they are paying them to do.

He was honest to diagnose one and say it was beyond economical repair. He used expert initiative to remedy the other 3 and all are working well. Sami came at short notice to look at our shower and very quickly diagnosed the issue we had of an unbalanced system. He was knowledgeable and helpful and has given us a lot of advice on the matter. If we decide to go ahead with the replacement, we won't hesitate to use him. He did install a glass panel for the bath/shower which he did immaculately, quickly and at a very reasonable rate. A very nice chap who will be coming again soon to service our boiler. Highly recommended.

He and his team were really helpful with picking out items that would work in my bathroom and kitchen, organised deliveries whilst I was working and installed perfectly!
