Tausif was able to come and complete the job at a mutually agreeable time. He was very efficient and thorough, and completed the job to a high standard. We even asked him to mount a mirror while he was here (not listed in the original job) and he was happy to do it! Pricing was very reasonable and transparent from the start; Tausif sent me a quote before starting the job which we both agreed on. He was very professional and communication was great. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

I have to start off by saying that this is a polite and humble contractor, that despite delivering poor quality was very apologetic and refunded us the cost of the unsalvageable items. However, it would be remiss of me not to leave a review as the job is incomplete and has to be done by someone else. We required a guest toilet replacement. Sadly, amongst other things the wrong connectors were used resulting in waste flowing wrong way and toilet too high for unit, our boxing and tiles were ruined in order to access pipes, and lead rather than plastic being used in addition to mastic seals resulting in leaks. The job was stopped by us. A new contractor is now being sought to rectify - we hope before Christmas. As said initially, contractor was very apologetic and refunded cost of wc and unit. Despite us obviously never being able to use him again, will give 10/10 for customer service. Perhaps a simpler job would be better for him. We wanted a 2 in 1 toilet sink fitted in our guest downstairs toilet.
