Job went well. He was extremely tidy and cleaned as he went on with the job, and at the end of the day left the place very tidy. Laid floor protectors down each day of the 6 day job and cleaned up at the end of the job. He removed the bath tub and replaced with a full walk in shower, with full wall panels. He repaired the kitchen celling . All in all, I would use him again.

We called handyman twice. Once to get door locks, cabinets and electrical switches fixed and the second time to fox our floor that was ruined by the floor man. Izmir completed all the work in time, The company even bought the materials and we were saved from all the hassle. Thomas is great. We can not fault him at all. We are so happy with the work he has done. He is punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. When he found issues from previous cowboy builders he took the time to fix them, instead of just covering them up. He was also pretty much spot on with the material costs, which makes me wonder how much others who quoted were making on top. Furthermore he carried out other small jobs in other rooms at a very reasonable price which included finding the source of a leak under the bath in the main bathroom, changing the toilet in the main bathroom, repositioning and altering some draws in our built-in-wardrobe and building a shelf in the basement. He also advised us on the potential cause of damp and explained the work that needed carrying out to fix this issue. We cannot thank Thomas enough for the work he has done for us. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

Job: reinstall 1 blinds, and install 1 door handle, £100. Great if you’re looking to install venetian blinds onto a brick wall. Hoovered the dust directly whilst drilling which was appreciated! However, they did not have the tools needed to install the door handle/mortice lock, which was discussed before the appointment so I can only assume you were unprepared. They did not fulfil this task. I thought you were being polite by putting the old door handle back on as you failed to install the new one. I could have done that easily myself, for free, I only removed it to prepare for the job. Was not expecting to pay the £100 quoted just to put the old handle back on instead of a mortice lock handle. I’ve booked a locksmith and will have to pay more to complete a job I have essentially paid for already... In future, if you have not completed a task I would not charge the customer the full amount quoted, respectfully. You were polite despite this and clean, and as for the blinds the job done was satisfactory, well done! I also appreciate that you took a trip to screw fix to find a handle easier to install, even though you came back empty handed. A for effort. I’m not greatly concerned over the money, but thought it overall was unfair and a waste of time. I only paid as I felt sympathetic 2 tradesmen spent 3 hours installing 1 set of blinds, taking an unsuccessful trip to screw fix and fiddling around with a door handle. Thank you for installing the blinds though!

Many thanks to Kris abd Kane on a job well done. Despite the very tight schedule, they completely refurbished our bathroom transforming it to a high-end (hotel standard) wet room. Kris's original quote was very competitive. There were extras, but these were very reasonable. Once the job was completed Kris actually came back to install 4 or 5 grab bars without additional cost. Kris, and Kane are both very easy to get on with; thoughtful and calm characters. I travelled abroad during the job; Kris contacted me regularly and responded promptly when I reached out to him. As with any job' there were glitches but Kris's solution focus approach ensured a good outcome. Hope to work with this company again.

They were professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled—nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail was second to none.
