Many thanks to Kris abd Kane on a job well done. Despite the very tight schedule, they completely refurbished our bathroom transforming it to a high-end (hotel standard) wet room. Kris's original quote was very competitive. There were extras, but these were very reasonable. Once the job was completed Kris actually came back to install 4 or 5 grab bars without additional cost. Kris, and Kane are both very easy to get on with; thoughtful and calm characters. I travelled abroad during the job; Kris contacted me regularly and responded promptly when I reached out to him. As with any job' there were glitches but Kris's solution focus approach ensured a good outcome. Hope to work with this company again.

I contacted Cubitt Wren to ask for a very specific assessment report on part of my property which I needed to present at a Tribunal. I was aware that this was an unusual commission and required both insight and understanding of the particular evidence required. James, who I was dealing with completely grasped what he was being asked to do. He understood the brief, which was certainly not something he was usually asked to do and he responded with a detailed report giving exactly the conclusion I had hoped for. I was impressed that I did not have to chase him or nag him about the urgency of this report and I was really happy with the swiftness of his response. We couldn't always be around, but the team managed deliveries for us, even buying things we had forgotten- they were incredibly patient. The final product was much better than we had hoped for. William and his team replaced our bathroom recently and we’re delighted with the result. George, Gitza and Mircea were great, not intrusive at all and always happy to discuss what they were doing and consider potential changes. They didn’t leave a mess and were careful to protect the rest of the flat while they worked. William is always available on the phone, never took decisions without consulting us first and paid regular visits to make sure work was progressing as expected. They went above and beyond what was expected of them, helping fix an issue with the boiler and replacing some wiring in the kitchen along the way, and were able to come out the same day and fix the problem when we found a small leak in the shower after the job was finished. Would definitely recommend these guys, and will be using them for any work we have done in future.

He laid the tiles crookedly on the flat walls. The tiles had chips and cracks. The tap leaked immediately after his departure. The floor tiles moved away from the floor and cracked. The door was installed crookedly with a huge gap. The corners of the walls were just moulded with plastic and said it was normal. Inter-tile joints of different sizes. When using the level, you can see curvature everywhere, on the floor and walls. When he changed the lamp and the switch, he just bought the cheapest circuit breaker on the rope and it broke down after three weeks. Doesn't show or bring checks from the store. He hides all the information how much he spent on the materials. Not recommended!!!

I used A2Z Apex for a tiling job in one of our properties, mainly the kitchen and bathrooms. Iulian was recommended to us and overall we had a very good experience with him and the guys. The job turned out to be a bit more work than we first expected once the old tiles came off, as the floor underneath needed some attention before they could continue. They explained what needed doing and just got on with it. Really happy with how everything came out in the end. The tiles look great and you can tell they took their time with the small details rather than rushing just to finish the job. Also appreciated that they were tidy and didn't leave the place a complete mess every day, which is not always the case with this kind of work :) Communication was straightforward and if there was something to decide Iulian would normally call or message before doing it. Price was reasonable considering the amount of work involved and there were no strange surprises at the end. Would happily use them again for another project.
