Not only that, he was always punctual and always delivered exactly what we asked. Such a lovely person too - very easy going and flexible if we changed our minds. Also very neat and kept everything tidy as he went along. He has done a very professional job and are thrilled with our new bathroom. He was very helpful, easy to talk to and we were able to discuss and he would give advice on our project. He worked very hard and tirelessly through very hot weather and work was completed within the dates in fact completed two days early. Get in touchA superb job done on laying a large amount of oak laminate flooring for a large garage converted to a games room. In addition he installed skirting to newly plastered white walls to give the perfect finish. Mark was punctual, and got down to work immediately, even without myself being around on site initially, Time taken to complete the works... just under 2 days ... thumbs up on estimation times and quick discussions. Clean and tidy person with very good eye for detail. Mark was very helpful with advice and even found the extra material needed to complete the job at minimal expense. I would most definitely call on him again for any carpentry or small works I have available for him. Get in touchWe were disappointed and did not feel that the work was completed well The sink was fitted well but one of the taps is crooked. They took down a towel rail, which we had not asked them to do, and replaced it with one not in keeping with the other bathroom furniture. Mike is an experienced builder and was knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Equally importantly, he turned up when he said he would and did what he said he was going to do. The finish was slightly delayed due to staff shortages, not unexpected in the tailend of the pandemic but we appreciated Mike coming back to inspect and picking up a couple of small issues to be fixed that we hadn't noticed.
