Sam did a wonderful job renovating our shower. He lowered the shower tray, re-tiled and installed a new shower. His communication was excellent and he was always on time. He offered us advice and options as the job progressed and helped us make it just how we wanted it. He was very friendly, polite and tidy. Andrew has just retiled my front door steps and he has made an excellent job. He was efficient, professional and friendly, he replied and got the job done (even through awful weather) very quickly. The shower room is fabulous because of where we bought it but the original quote did not include VAT. We had already said that we were above the top end of the budget & at no point did he point out this did not include VAT. So when the bill came it was £2,500 over our original quote. Gareth only fitted the shower & tiles everything else was done by other guys. Bad customer service.
