Simon fitted a mixer shower for us. Not as straightforward a job as it first appeared as the previous shower was fitted with cold and hot supply around the wrong way. Simon was amazing, he sorted it, he just got it done. He was really clear about his pricing and it was in our opinion great value for money having his expertise and great attitude. Would hire Simon again in a flash and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good reliable plumber. He was on time, polite, helpful, he understood straightaway what we needed, no tut tutting whatsoever, it so was refreshing.

We were happy before it rained and we thoroughly checked their work. They left mess, razor sharp edges on the glass, and glass overhanging neighbours land a little bit. We asked them to return to remedy this which they said they would do this coming Tuesday. Since then we have also noticed that they have cut our glass too short, cut the new hardwood at too steep an angle which was bodged in with wood filler, and now it's rained this new roof has massively leaked. In places where the glass is cut too short and even along the length of one of the new wooden beams; must be missing a bit of silicone. It is now Saturday and we have called them 2 days ago on Thursday, yesterday Friday we called and texted, and today again we both texted and one of us called them, to check if they are still coming on Tuesday or not. 3 days is not unreasonable to return a call or text just to confirm either way. More rain is due between now and then, concerned about lack of communication and quality of work.

Pleasantly surprised to find Lee offered to install a new boiler 1 day earlier than planned, which suited me because I needed it urgently after going without hot water for days! It was then fitted in 8 hours flat which was done very efficiently, and over 3 weeks hence, the boiler is functioning perfectly. Old boiler was collected soon after and no mess was created. Excellent job!

Paul did a total revamp in our en-suite shower, to include wall tiles, floor tiles, electric shower & tray, basin & vanity unit and LED spot lights. He gave us suggestions which we took on and he tackled some tricky areas which were not expected. Paul also remedied some other electrical issues that we had. Paul is very easy to get on with and we will definitely have him back when needed. We are very pleased with the work he has done for us.
