We hired Plumbpride Ltd to completely refurbish our bathroom (including installation of a wet room style shower) and to carry out all plumbing work (including installing a combi boiler with Hive thermostat and replacing all radiators and flushing the system). I would 100% recommend Danny. He was absolutely brilliant, diligent, reliable and professional. He was very clean and what we really appreciated was his solution minded approach in finding the best options for the work. He maintained contact with us throughout. Brilliant workmanship and trustworthy professional - he had our keys as we were not always at home. The photos speak for themselves- what an amazing transformation! From the get go Danny came over and provided an extensive detailed quote, outlining all labour and material costs. Very transparent. He will now be our go to plumber for anything needed!! We are very pleased customers (and my wife is not the easiest to please!) and will definitely be calling him again for our extension.

From his initial visit to see the job and quote, he was in pole position for the work. He looked at the right things, asked the right questions and was open to ideas. Throughout the job, stairs/landing carpets were covered, and tools/landing coverings etc cleared/tidied at the end of each day. Lee kept me informed on progress, and work planned for the following day. Our tiles were delayed,(out of local stock) and Lee happened to have a one day job to go back to, where another clients' tiles had been delayed, we easily agreed a day that suited and which helped both parties out. Workmanship, attitude, time-keeping and resulting job completed, were all first class. No hesitation in recommending - in fact have put him in touch with my son and daughter who both have bathroom jobs to be done.

From start to finish, Connor, Andrew and their team at Biggin Renovations Group Ltd provided exceptional service. We had a double storey side extension and garage connection to the house that included 2 new bedrooms and an en-suite completed. The team confirmed a 12 week timescale, and a week by week expectation of work to be completed, along with the payment plan which was all confirmed via contract. They stuck to their time schedules and completed on time. The price was within our budget. Along with Connor and Andrew, their team of subcontractors were very kind, helpful, polite and professional in the way they presented themselves. Very happy with the work that was completed, we will call them for our planned single storey extension in the near future. Highly recommend them.

Ali was fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to clearly explain what could be done, what couldn’t, and where there were different options, which I really appreciated. The price he gave was very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He completed everything in one day, including installing a dual thermostatic shower, fitting a bidet, putting up a shower screen, and installing an RO filter under my kitchen sink. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, and I’m genuinely very happy with the result. He was also able to fit me in quickly, just a few days after I first got in touch.
