Arek was always the first one on site, worked very professionally, interacted well with the other builders and was happy to accommodate minor changes to the project. He suggested improvements to the the lighting layout and configuration were taken aboard. I highly recommend him and I'll also be using him to change my house consumer unit in the coming weeks.

Anton did a brilliant job in my bathroom. I needed a bath panel replaced which involved fitting it into a slightly awkward corner and cutting/planing it to size. I am very pleased with the final result. Anton took a lot of care to get the fitting right so there would be no strange gaps owing to the curved tiles at one end of the bath. He kept me informed on all important aspects of the job - on what was feasible to do. Anton was pleasant to have around.

Cannot fault the work Tony undertook. Completed on time, finished to a very high standard, kept informed (we were away on holiday whilst work was being done). So pleased with the result, my daughter's room is what was the kitchen and looks beautiful. New kitchen fitted with new floor tiles and looks fantastic, boiler was moved etc. Can't recommend Tony enough and I will definitely use Marsdens again.

Mr Mihail Arama is very knowledgeable of his profession and was very thorough with the work. Before changing the fusebox he checked all the electrical points that would need addressing in the house. As I live in a house built in the 80s, he explained what changes were required in order to be safe and obtain the safety compliance certificate. He explained how the different house circuits were organised in the fuse box and checked that all worked as expected after the installation. As I had issues with my old stove and oven which caused the fusebox to trip he returned to make sure that all cables were in the right circuit and explained why that was happening. After a few days , he followed up to make sure that I had received the certificate and that everything was in order. He also installed a power shower and took great care in checking previously all the requirements that were needed. He made himself available for any issues post-installation and replied promptly and courteously. Mr Mihail Arama is a serious professional that will listen to your concerns and will find a solution for them. I don't hesitate to recommend him for any electrical jobs that you may have.

I hired Tyrone to fix some small problems in my bathroom and generally tidy it up. When he arrived to do the job he realised straight away that a large unseen leak over a number of years had caused the floorboards to rot and the job became very big! Tyrone was amazing and explained everything to me, he started straight away and the work took 8 days. He sourced all the materials needed and respected my home and fitted around my flat mate and I's plans. The work does was thorough and Tyrone went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished to high spec. I would really recommend Tyrone to anyone and will definitely be using him again in the future. In fact I have already booked him for another matter.
