The job was completed to am excellent standard. It exceeded my expectations. The property is tenanted and the process was smooth as he got on touch and arranged access with the tenant independently, working around the availability. It was trickier that expected so the price went up a bit from the original quote but it requires two days of work instead of one. He attended the property twice even before doing the work to understand the scope of work (didn't quote blindly over the phone). The job carried out is a full insulation of a built-in cupboard which before creates damp and mould, tenant is very happy with the solution. Comes with a 1year warranty. Extremely polite, reliable and clean.

BATHRO0M: we were extremely pleased with Girts and his team's work on our bathroom, which was done efficiently and to a high standard. We were also impressed with the advice he gave us and the fact that he did not press us to choose the most expensive options. In the end we made various improvements, including installing a folding shower screen, re-tiling and installing a wall mirror, rather than doing a major refurbishment. KITCHEN: in view of the excellent work they had done on the bathroom we then employed Tottenham Trade Ltd to do a complete kitchen refit. This involved stripping out the entire existing one, re-tiling, moving and replacing all the plumbing and wiring and installing new appliances and worktops. Girts and Max spent many hours working with us to arrive at plans which met our exact needs and gave us a firm quotation (which they stuck to without quibble). Again all work was carried out to a high standard and Girts dealt imaginatively, efficiently (and cheerfully!) with all kinds of unforeseen problems. He has also been brilliant about coming back to sort out a few snags. We are delighted with the new kitchen and recommend Girts and his company.

We're very late in leaving this review, but must do so as it's greatly deserved. From our very first meeting, Ivan was attentive to our ideas, needs and the finest details and always very responsive. Our job ended up much bigger than originally envisaged - in addition to new plumbing, wooden flooring, painting and carpentry, we ended up requiring damp proofing and floor levelling, together with a couple of complex decorative jobs (e.g. laying of uniquely patterned cement tiles, unusual electrical wiring due to age of building, assembly of chandeliers). Ivan and his guys did a fantastic job in all respects. He was also reasonable in his costings and stayed within all pre-approved budgets so we did not get any nasty surprises. Highly recommended!
