Mat has just completed the job, throughout he listened to what we wanted, advised throughout and the workmanship and the quote were excellent. He discussed any changes with us, gave options throughout, I cannot praise mat enough for the hard work he has put in over the past 4 days. He changed the bath to a shower bath, tiled and fitted the shower screen and grab bar, all to an excellent standard. We have already started to look at another project later this year with our ensuite shower. Well done Mat. Totally professional.

Ryan's quote came in in a timely manner and he was available for the job with short notice. He was friendly and punctual and communicated clearly about what the job would entail. Our finished skirting looks lovely and it only took him a couple of hours. Ryan has also returned to do a few miscellaneous jobs, demonstrating his versatility. He hung a radiator, a curtain pole and a set of blinds for us and reassembled an internet port.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with Joel from Perfect Spreads . He was quick to respond and really took time to listen to what we wanted and work with us to get the ‘Perfect’ bathroom . Much of the work was done whilst we were away and the one issue that occurred after we got home was dealt with immediately. He and his team are genuinely nice people to have around and I’m so happy with my new Bathroom. He was really happy to advise on ways we could save money whilst getting the results we were after. The finish was great and the communication throughout was brilliant. We highly recccomend Joel and Perfect Spread but if he’s busy ( which is most of the time ) we’d recommend waiting . Thanks for all your hard work Joel x

I have been in the building trade for 30 years, doing all aspects of building solving any problems that may arise. I have built extensions, loft conversions. Fitted kitchens and bathrooms. Plus other smaller tasks such as gutters and fascia boards, roofing, tiling, flooring, painting work and decoration. Anything related to building except electrical work but I have an electrician and plumber who I can call in if necessary. Because I can put my hand to most trades I can complete the task in hand from start to finish, therefore not leaving until the job is completed. I am not vat registered so my estimate will hopefully be competitive.
